About Brian
Brian was born in Vancouver, British Columbia in 1979.
Brian’s childhood was spent doing boy things like fishing, getting beat up by his older brother Mike, and setting things on fire. He’s a champion rock-skipper and tent-setter-upper.
In the early 90s, his family moved to Kelowna where Brian spent his adolesence climbing Knox Mountain and making radio shows with his friends. If you’re ever at Knox Mountain in Kelowna, check out the north side of the bench at the lookout. You’ll see “BD ‘97″. Brian carved that the year his family moved to Edmonton.
After moving to Edmonton, Brian obtained his Alberta high school diploma and then went on to work a variety of jobs including one where he sold ‘decorative battle maces’.
When he isn’t working as a rewind motor mechanic, Brian enjoys playing guitar, baking bread, working out, bicycling, video games, and watching Kitchen Nightmares and Iron Chef America. Brian loves Masaharu Morimoto.
